Ordered may 23, received august 12. The box is crumpled, one tube is untied, i will not open the dispute, everything is easily fixed. But, if someone takes a gift, please note. All the same cute and the picture matches. Sound is difficult to evaluate in the apartment. From the window of the wind is not enough, you touch a sharp rattle with your hand. I bought it for giving, i think it should be good in nature, but the ball is heavy enough i do not know what wind speed will react, it is unlikely to please the melody from a light blow.

I'm satisfied with the product but must say I was lucky. When I took the chimes out of the box the entire thing was tangled. Very badly tangled and it took me over 30 minutes to untangle. Seller or manufacturer needs to take better care in packing the chimes. It was very frustrating plus I was concerned that I would damage it by tearing the cord. Luckily I was able to untangle without causing any damage. It is a lovely chime. :-)
Come to ryazan in 24 days. Well, the packaging is crumpled, some bells are untied, but you can tie back. Sound good. I bought it in order to drive the swallows off the roof, that would not build nests. They haven't arrived yet, but we'll check, i hope they will.
